Q.

my daughter is 8 years old and she has been complaining of back pain since she played on a trampoline recently..we thought it was a sprain .. however she has been having pains like this on her legs and arms when she dances or plays hardly..so we took her to hospital and the doctor advised for vitamin D3 test and the report says she has 9.99 D3 only. please advise what foods could I give her to increase vit D3. My doctor is going to prescribe her medicines when we take the report to him today.

A. Okay so I’m going to advise you to consult a nutrition expert regarding this because they can help you with the right food articles which are going to be highly rich in vitamin D3 for your child apart from that of course supplements are going to be equally important for you to give to your child
