Q.

My daughter is 8 months now.. can I introduce roti n dal to her? Also can I switch from nan pro to Amul milk?

A. yes. ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

Hello You can switch to Amul Taaza that’s not an issue but Roti sabji can be introduced after the age of 10 to 11 months only not before that right now you have to give semisolid consistency food to the child and this food is little tricky for a child to eat so introducing after the age of 11 months with
