My daughter is 7yrs 4m old.In june her one milk teeth is falling... till No its not growing...What is the reason???what should i do for that????

A. Hi consult with your nearest pediatric dentisr for proper clinical examination of this condition. usually after shedding of milk teeth, permanent teeth can erupt within a gap of 3-6 months
