Q.

My daughter is 7 years old. She had fever so I gave her paracetamol suspension oral. Fever continued 3 days. But now her gums are swollen and has 2 blisters like things on her tongue. I am giving her multivitamin syrup and applying choline salicylate and benzalkonium chloride solution. Is there any medicine I should give her as she is having problems while eating. Pls reply
