My daughter is 7 years old and her weight is 28 kg. Is it ideal weight for my child?

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. weight of child at this age should be around 22 kg or 24 kg approximately so u give controlled diet to ur child avoid all the junk and heavy fried foof as well and most importantly make sure he is active in physicals activities as well to maintain the weight
