my daughter is 7 years old and her single milk teeth has not yet fallen. is there anything to worry

Sometimes it starts a little late also but if no new permanent teeth is coming or hampering the milk tea or losing its place while coming till then there is no problem you can again give it six more months and if you do not see any teeth shaking or falling down or if the new ones start to come then immediately consult your dentist
