my daughter is 7 month old.. what solid food is best for her. I feed her idli. can I give chapati to her in soft press form.

A. dear mum , to ur 7 mth old baby u can give chapati bug it has to b softened like small pieces soaked in dal then mash with hand or spoon it shd b lumpfree
