?my daughter is 7 and hf months old. she has been pooping 4-5 times since yesterday but today I noticed the poop being red colour with a little blood. plz help

If you have given something extremely red colour to your child to eat then it would be because of that and if not then it could be due to blood into the motion of the child is in that case if you are not sure about it kindly consult your doctor one time
