My daughter is 6years and her skin has turn dark since 2 month i dont know what's the reason kindly help?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl1 week agoA. hi it happens because of hot weather , inadequate intake of fluids ,less sleep , lack of nutrients. so please avoid going outside during heat hours. dress her in weather appropriate clothes. keep her well hydrated. offer healthy diet especially fruits ,salads etc which help to maintain healthy skin. avoid overuse of cosmetics
