Q.

My daughter is 6 years old. she weighs 17.6 Kg. she is active kid but very poor eater. what other supplements can I give her to build her immunity? And is her weight normal for her age?

A. Dear ma’am, don’t force feed. Weight is just one component of health. As long as she is healthy and active it’s fine. You can give peanut laddoo, nuts and dry fruits laddoo, drumstick leaves soup, beetroot soup, citrus fruits, dried amla, multigrain porridge etc which helps in enhancing the immunity
