my daughter is 6 years old..she is having white patches with some pimples..any suggestions why this is happening

Ma’am it could be associated with deficiency of calcium or maybe dryness but pimples are also there so it could be associated with a heat rash also see without a physical assessment or associated with the issues very difficult to figure out the problem and the reason so check with your doctor in this regard for further assistance
