Q.

My daughter is 6 year old. Her weight is 16 kg. What should be her diet for weight gain.

A. eggs.You can always try to add health and tasty substitute like whole grain cookies, cakes and. Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.

A. hi dear mom..give well balanced meal that should include fresh vegetables fruits legume dairy products poultry items and dry fruits....avoid forcefeeding...use Babyhug high chair for proper feeding . happy parenting
