my daughter is 6 months what food I should start now..?

A. You can start with one solid meal or one semi solid meal per day and then increase gradually. You can start with either rice Ka Pani or dal Ka Pani or rice porridge or any one vegetable puree or mashed carrot or any one fruit puree or stewed pear or stewed apple.
