Q.

my daughter is 6 months old, now I switched to her from formula milk to cow's milk, 1) - is it ok for her or correct time to switched her 2) - how to give her cow milk - either it should mix slowly slowly in formula milk or can give her direct, she will digest?

A. You should give your baby only breast milk or iron-fortified formula during the first 12 months of life, not cow's milk. Starting at age 6 months, you may add solid foods to your baby's diet. ...
