Q.

My daughter is 6 months old, I have started giving her ragi porridge, cerelac and fruit purees. My mother in law is trying to feed her sugar content food which I am trying to avoid but she isn’t listening. She says nothing will happen!!! Can my daughter have mango jam homemade which had sugar in it?

A. better to avoid.. talk to her n educate her for same. Always feed freshly cooked food to your baby. Do not add salt, sugar, honey to your baby’s food.
