RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 weeks agoA. Actually dates and jaggery is only suggested to be given to the child and this is sugar is any is not advisable under the age of one year as sugar white sugar refined sugar is very unhealthy so you should avoid it for as long as you can
