my daughter is 6 months, Can i give her food twice a day

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. good to give only once a day.. 7 months onwards can give two meals, Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule.

Yes For first week if you are beginning with it and give it one time in a week and then after we give it two times in a week let your child get used to the food that you are giving so in the beginning is always recommended to go for one time then two times and by the end of the month three times in a day
