Q.

My daughter is 6 months and she just sucks breast while sleeping even she is full is there any alternative as I am starting to go back to work

A. it is quite natural some babies baby sucking at the breast even if the stomach is full just to get dream feeding Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
