Q.

my daughter is 56 month old and her gums started to become hard near 4 month but there is no sign of teeth she feels pain and sometimes cry also is it normal or I should consult a doctor?

A. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d. first tooth eruption can occur anytime between 6 months to 18 months of age. deficiency is there or not will be toldd by the doctor. there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also.d so if your personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side
