My daughter is 5 yrs 3months old.bachchi kabhi kabhi kahti h pet me dard h Maine colimax syrup diye h doctor k kahne pe but woh phir bhi kahti h dard h after 2 ,3 days..Aisa q horha h

Ma’am then genuinely there is some problem you are already giving one medicine if it is not helping then you should get a check with a paediatrician on a physical level or visit a gastroenterologist they’ll have to check what is the problem and accordingly they can advise you with medicines to proceed with
