Q.

my daughter is 5 years old and she is always constipated. i need to give her laxitive. she is suffering from this issue from past 3 years. what should I do now?

A. Okay in general you should give fibre fluids and papaya and buttermilk every day to the child and the night you should give 30 ML to 60 ML of prune juice plus apply some cast steroid in the navel and start the Day with a glass of warm water making your child sit into malaasan this will be very helpful and if you do it regularly hopefully the child will be over constipation
