my daughter is 5 years old age got an extra teeth below ...her milk tooth is not gone yet but she got an extra teeth why is that

A. I am not sure, but probably it's called shark teeth. You can read about this and still please consult your dentist as well

A. Hello! Normally, a permanent tooth dissolve is the root of the baby tooth as it grows, causing it to fall out. Sometimes the permanent tooth starts coming in behind the baby tooth instead. Consult your paediatrician if there is any severe discomfort in the baby and to understand further course of action.
