Q.

My daughter is 5 years + but her weight is 15 kg, it is not increasing what should I do to increase her weight?

A. baby is 5 years Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it give milk shake with dry fruit powder for weight gain get deworming done and give iron supplements

A. Hello good morning !! Observe her intake of food if its less than according to her age then improve diet. Include or make some changes according to her taste/preference which are protein, calorie foods for increasing weight. Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal (urad dal ladoo, idly; moongdal,toor dal, chanadal), ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts,egg daily ,meat , rice/roti will increase weight. If you find less growth even after she having Balanced diet then Consult Paediatrician.
