my daughter is 4yrs 9months old frequent sneezing runny nose and nose block everyday after wakeup sometimes while laying down. how to get rid from this. she is suffered for the past two years. still now I can't get the sollution. please guide me how to stop this?

they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hott environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usuallyy at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variations.
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization. xx

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Vasomotor Rhinitis is an inflammation in the membranes inside the nose. It often causes a sneezing bout after a change in temperature or a change in body's immune activity during sleep. If you have it, a sudden exposure to colder/warmer air in the morning can cause a sneezing bout.
