My daughter is 43 days and she is not doing potty from 3 days.. even we gave stomach pain syrup.. could you please advise

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural that small babies below the age of six months baby having constipation a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also no need to use medicines
