my daughter is 40 days old ,I am feeding her as well I am giving her bottle milk she is not going for motion from 4 days please help me to get out of it

A. if the baby is 40 days old so it is better to give exclusive breastfeeding otherwise if you are giving formula milk the child may have constipation issue so consult your doctor accordingly
