my daughter is 4 years old use fever hai aaj 9 pm tha fever tab maine use ibukind plus di thi abhi b use fever fir se aya hai to use mefkind p diya to chalega kya?

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamcic acid preparations. cold sponging f of the whole body with tap water can be benceficial too to bring the temperature down .
