Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is 4 years of age most of the babies at this age will have proper vocabulary its baby doesn't have any words of our own Jargon by the says you have to consult a doctor for proper examination and advice

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi dear good evening this is how it starts By 9months to 1yeat they just say mama, papa. By 15 months will understand whatever we say and will observe more. By 18 months they speak few meaningful words amma appa papa mamma thattha.. After two years they make combinations of words like amma give, amma take, appa go, mama come.. Later they make sentences. It will take time for them to speak complete full sentences. Just keep talking more to your kid. But after 4 years, I think you should see your speech therapist asap
