My daughter is 4 year last week she had loose stools n fever I gav econorm p250 and oral suspension antibiotics Now she s not having fever but still she s having green watery stools why is it ?? Is she still having infection plz give remedy

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever thagn it could be bacterial infectiocn which needs antibiotics treatment
