my daughter is 4 year 7 month old but she is so thin and feeling lack of confidence in her class . she is not so fit . I am feeling that her growth is not in proper way . plz guide me .

A. dear parent, if your daughter is otherwise active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for child's age then you should not be worried. continue to give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups.
