My daughter is 4 weeks old.. I have been breast feeding as well as feeding her formula. can u please tell me the exact proportions for the formula because if I follow the instructions on the pack, she pukes out the milk

A. hi mam , puking milk is common among young babies. to prevent it , you should keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. if you are using bottle for feeding ,use anticolic bottle with slow flow nipple. I would suggest to use Babyhug brand bottle. burp your baby in between and after each feeding. as formula quantity depends on Child's age , health and weight,give it as per your doctor's prescription.
