my daughter is 4 months old weighs 5 kg . birth weight is 2.86kg .. only bf .. should we start giving one time formula so that all nutrients will go in formula milk. i am not able to have balanced diet with all nutrients but there is enough milk

A. good evening the weight is very good as per the to the child specially the weight gain has been good so you don't have to worry about it just continue giving mothers milk exclusively to the child
