A. Hello dear,Diaper rash generally develops when the poop comes in contact with skin or when the pee accumulates and makes the skin moist, sensitized and prone to infection. This may be seen as a red area near the diaper area or inflammation around the bottom.Keep a check on the diaper when the kid poops/pee so that you can change the diaper soon when required. You may use natural, 'The momsco' diaper rash cream which is natural, non-toxic, moisturizing and has safe substances to treat your baby.

A. it is possible that the perianal area is now in effective and you will have to also apply antibacterial cream over it. but if it is still persisting then you'll have to show to doctor for final diagnosis
