Q.

my daughter is 4 months old . from the last two weeks i am not breastfeeding her due to some urgent work.. now my breastmilk is coming in very less quantity.. still can I increase my breastmilk to feed my child???

A. You can take some lactation supplement as of now if you want to because when you quit breastfeeding even for a day or two the breast feed reduces because the brain Cachar signal that you do not need it anymore in the same quantity which is why this can happen so you should take lactation supplements as of now to support your feeling for the child
