Q.

My daughter is 4 months and 26 days old. I'm a breastfeeding mom, The doctor has given me only vitamin D3 drops. I have read that mother's milk have everything except vitamin D3. Should I give any calcium drops to my baby? If it is given then why my doctor has not recommended to me? please suggest I m afraid.

A. hi please don't get afraid because it is not necessary to give such supplements if child is happy and active, gains enough weight, showing no discomfort then no need of such extra Medicines just feed your child on demand burp your baby well after each feeding give gentle massage with Babyhug coconut oil daily provide sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day which is best Natural source of vitamin D
