My daughter is 4 5 yrs old,and she doesn't like to have boiled eggs,she always prefers omlette or scrambled eggs.So can I give her omlette regular or boiled eggs r good??

A. As long as the egg is well cooked you need not worry. You can give omlette. Even if scrambled eggs make sure it's cooked well and not raw. If this kind of cooking suits ur child you can continue giving eggs in that form.
