A. Hi mom. Breastfeeding mother can eat what is all cooked at home. There is no restriction on that. The weight of ur baby is fine. Ideally the weight gets double the birth weight by five months. Feed for longer time from one side so that baby gets both fore milk and Hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby.
