my daughter is 3yr old last 2days she has cold n cough today morning blood comes from her right nose. this is third time I saw such things from last 2 months.is this any thing to worry

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby indirect steam two to three times a day and also evaluate once with your local doctor in person as it should not come in winters. Take care
