Q.

my daughter is 3yr and 5 months old. she wants to drink milk only and says no to solid foods..what should I do? how much milk is good for a toddler in a day??

A. Milk should be restricted to 500 ML per day not more than that you have to teach a child to eat the food that is given on the plate and if you do not cater the need of hunger by giving milk every time if the child is not eating then eventually when the child gets hungry the child will learn to eat what is giving
