my daughter is 3 yrs 9 mth old she have 101.6 temperature. I have dolodart 250mg & CALPOL 120mg which one is good

A. Calpol you can give it it’s actually good to be given to the child and it’s very safe to be given so you can repeat it every six hours by taking the temperature and give it for 72 hours of the temperature doesn’t subside and consult your doctor once
