Q.
My daughter is 3 yr old .she had fever 1 week back . doctor prescribed advent syrup for 5 days .after 2 days of medication suddenly she did blood stool with mucus ..then doctor prescribed econorm probiotic for 5 days .stool has become normal after giving econorm.but suddenly today she pooped stool with mucus only .is it normal???

The intestines naturally secrete mucus to help stool pass more effectively through the intestines. Sometimes, a baby may pass some of this mucus in their stool without any underlying condition. The mucus can look like slimy streaks or strings.
