My daughter is 3 Yr 4 month old she has stopped afternoon nap completely and directly sleeps at 8.30 to 9pm around and gets up at 7am . pls suggest

A. Hello my dear parent! It’s absolutely fine, nothing to worry about afternoon naps as long as your child is healthy and active enough the day and having a good night sleep. You can also speak with your doctor
