my daughter is 3 yr 4 month ..every week she has dry cough and one day fever that is 102 103..she started going school after that she is having cold and cough.. what to do..she eat fruit veggies ..healthy diet also follow then also she get ill

Get your child personally examined by the doctor and seek further advice. Try giving indirect steam inhalation regularly. Keep Babyhug baby rub handy in such situations
