Q.

my daughter is 3 yr 1 m old. use dengue hua hai jisme platelates 201 tha 1 week pahle and high fever ho rha tha but kal se use fever nhi ho rha tha and now in report platelates 152 hai but again aaj fever ho gaya. according to doctor report is fine but please help to understand ki dengue me platelates kitna hona chahiye and fever kab tak thik ho jata hai.
