Q.

My daughter is 3 years old. Should milk be given to her at night or is it difficult to digest.

A. Hello mom milk can be given to her before bedtime not a concern, but before that just observe if she is able to digest it well in the day time

A. hi mommy Yes u can give 1 glass milk to her if she likes .. but better 1 hour before bed to avoid bed wetting ..❤️
