Q.

My daughter is 3 years old. She is suffering from fever and dry cough at around 2:00am suddenly since 2 days. Day time she would be very active. I am very much worried about her. Please reply me doctor what might be the reason for this?

A. It can be because of post nasal drip. Use saline drops and see and keep the child warm

A. Actually congestion gets more aggravated when you are in a sleeping position so you can give ginger juice and honey to child half an hour before you put your child to bed and consult your doctor for further medication and also check if nebulising will help
