There could be a possibility that the level of haemoglobin in the body is low as compare which is why your child may not be eating and only sticking to Milk so you can get the haemoglobin level check for the child and the second thing that could possibly be there is that your child may be having its molars which is why this is happeningWrite Your Answer Here
