my daughter is 3 years old and she often complaints of constipation

A. Hello good afternoon !! Due to less intake of fibre,water and fluids,constipation happens. Include papaya,pear,grapes,apple,banana, cucumber,carrot,bottle gourd ,ridge gourd,curd ragi,jowar,wheat in the baby's diet. Do tummy massage with coconut oil gently massage for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction.
