my daughter is 3 years 3 months she is having moveable lump ok back of her neck is this curable or any problem please help me

A. Need to examine ur baby throughly hence Visit ur nearest pediatrician He will examine ur baby in details and guide u in a better way Keep ur Baby well hydrated
