my daughter is 3 year old. she is talking only amma pappa akka anna. other one word also she is not talking. it's worried to me. she can understand nd respond to everything in hand action. what to do mam. plz suggest me. I consult doctor also he told she is speaking after 3 years. she don't have any problem like that. am worried about this
